⛔ Random ads (shown between locations or after a certain time period) can be removed permanently by making a purchase of any value (either in-game or on our Pixel Shop).

💎This will not remove the option to double your reward by watching an ad or any other bonus offers for ads. 💎

All advertising is operated by a third-party ad provider. Due to this, we´re not able to guarantee its optimal performance, as well as we are unable to speed up the resolution process on any issues.

📥Should you encounter an issue with any ad, please report it to our Support Team (preferably using the form below) 📥 This will help us effectively report the ad and issue to our provider for review.

Information about the ad is needed - (the name of the product/game, the time it appeared, the device it appeared on, what the issue is, possibly a screenshot or recording of the ad and issue)

If you get a pop-up about an adblocker being active or do not see the option to double rewards - please make sure there is no adblocker active in your browser.

If you are not using any AdBlock extensions, it is possible that your browser has an inbuilt one, or check for any antivirus or security programs and extensions that might be interfering with the ads on your computer.

Should you encounter a problematic ad on your PC/browser, it is possible to report it directly from your side.

🚩 You can report it by following these steps:

1. When the ad appears, look for the small “ⓘ”, “Report”, or “Ad Choices” icon , or three dots usually located in one of the ad’s corners.
2. Click on that icon.
3. Select the reason for your report (for example: misleading content, inappropriate material, etc.).
4. Submit your report — it will be sent directly to the ad provider for review.
