Please see all issues player can encounter:

❗CURRENT ISSUES:

Players can run into a situation in the location Seat of Tears where they fix all the pipes but the switch does not activate. This means they forgot to clear the tiles out of the pool.

Please, before every pool, clear the tiles and then pull the switch.

Players who have the game set for the French language will see (or in this case not see) that the Pet tab is slightly off-screen because of the longer text.

Our team is working on fixing the scaling, but a new app update will be needed. We will inform you which update will include the fix.

Players should still be able to access all pet chapters by going directly through MAP - PETS REGION or on some devices it should still be possible to click on the side of the button.

We received reports from some players who were unable to find the last 2 tiles required to fully clear the Old London Simulation location in the Space Voyage event. The Last Tile Finder (LTF) was also unable to point players towards the remaining tiles, preventing them from fully completing the location.

The issue has now been fixed and should no longer affect other players.

We have also identified the group of players who were affected before the fix. The missing tiles will be added to their games as soon as possible, allowing them to clear the remaining tiles and fully complete the location.

We register an issue with certain players not being able to see their Teams chat. They can still send out or ask for materials but do not see any messages in the chat.

Our team is looking into the issue and looking for a solution.
