What to do when the game logs you out and starts from level 1

FIXED: Little One Event โ Outskirts of Littleton Puzzle Completion Issue
We are currently investigating an issue in the Outskirts of Littleton location during the Little One event, affecting one of the puzzles.
Following a recent adjustment on our side, some players may experience a problem where the gate does not open even after completing the puzzle correctly, preventing progression.
In some cases, this issue may also be accompanied by a game crash when attempting to solve the puzzle.
Our team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix as quickly as possible.

UPDATE: The issue has now been resolved :)
Age verification for players in Brazil !
Because of recent changes in the law in Brazil, age verification is required to be able to play the game.

If you are unable to access the game, please check the following:
For Android (Google Play):
Make sure your date of birth is correct in your Google Account (Personal Info โ Birthday)
Complete age verification if prompted (this may require a valid ID or credit card)
If your account is supervised (Family Link), a parent/guardian must approve or adjust restrictions
For iOS (Apple App Store):
Update your date of birth in Settings โ [your name] โ Personal Information โ Birthday
If you are part of Family Sharing, the organizer may need to update restrictions in Screen Time settings
Ensure your App Store region is set to Brazil and matches your payment method
After making changes:
Restart your device
Log out and back into your app store account
If the issue continues, we recommend contacting Google Play or Apple Support directly, as they handle account verification.
We are looking into the situation and are trying to do our best to get everyone to have the option to play Diggy again :)
UPDATE: For now, the feature has been turned off, so players should be able to play again :)
