How to reach Support - New Visuals
Recently, there was a change in our support systems, which, among other great features, will also bring slightly different visuals when submitting a ticket. Below, you can find everything you need to know.
Please note that this article was created before the new support system was available across all games, so the pictures and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ across various Pixel games.
Reaching Support directly from the game
The Emporea Support can still be accessed directly from the Settings of the game. The game settings can be accessed by tapping the gear wheel in the upper-right corner of the game.
Once you access the Settings, youยดll see the Support section and the Support button.
When you hit the Support button, you will be redirected to our Support page, where you can either check the available articles for help, type your question into the main search bar to get an instant response from our automatic virtual assistant, that will try to provide an answer based on the knowledge base collected by our support team members (in case your question wasnยดt answered correctly, you can ask again, reword, or you can report it so we can implement the necessary changes for future usage), or use the Contact us button to submit a ticket.

The Emporea Support can also be reached from the official Pixel Federation Support Page.
Again, the visuals may slightly differ across various Pixel games, but the process stays the same.
You can either check the available articles, type in your question in the main search bar to get an instant response, or use the Contact us button to submit a ticket.

Please provide all necessary details associated with your request or problem.
Messages with missing details, such as screenshots or player ID, require additional questions from the Support agent, which prolongs the time necessary for handling the issue.
Please never multiply tickets on the same matter.It might seem that you can raise your chances of obtaining the answer sooner, but we can guarantee it does not work this way.
