We have received several reports that trucks are getting stuck in the depot.

❗STATUS❗

Our tech team managed to come up with a fix, and it should be available in the next app version 🤞
In the meantime, closing and re-opening the game should help with the issue 💪

Hey, Truck Managers!
We have brief scheduled Portal and Web maintenances coming up, during which the game itself will NOT be affected:

👉 12th Oct 2026 (07:00 – 07:30 UTC) - Web Shop Update

^ During this time, Web Shop will be offline.
^ You won't be able to make Web Shop purchases, redeem reward codes or claim daily gifts.

This maintenance may be extended if necessary.

▶👉 14th Oct 2026 (06:00 – 07:00 UTC) - Portal & Login Update

^ The portal page and login services will be offline.
^ You won't be able to switch accounts, connect accounts, transfer data or redeem reward codes.

This maintenance may be extended if necessary.

❗ However, fear not as the game itself will NOT be affected!
You can continue playing normally in the app without any interruptions.

We have received reports, that the Choppers (Red Bikes) are not being added to the Warehouse as intended.

❗STATUS ❗

The issue has been resolved & all produced Choppers (Red Bikes) were returned to all affected players!

We are aware of an issue where some trucks display more durability than they actually have.

If you send a truck out on a job after its real durability has already run out (but not visually in game yet), the game will crash and then display the truck at 0 durability.

Our team has released a new version of the app 2.13.2, which fixes this issue.

If you're experiencing this problem, please check your Google Play Store and update to the latest version to resolve it.

What will be changing:

• Clearer Upgrades: You will easily see if you're upgrading Capacity or Durability (as they will split)

• Transparent Material Costs: You'll be able to view all parts required for your next upgrade

• New Upgrade Materials: Durability upgrades will ask for new materials

• Capacity Adjustments: Some tutorial trucks are having their base capacity reduced

• Retired Mechanic: Engines and Engine Overhauls will be completely removed with this update

To help smooth out the transition and as our apology for any disruption with the removal of the Engines, don’t forget to claim 50 Gems in your in-game News to boost your trades.

Additionally, we can confirm that for any engines removed from your Warehouse or Trucks, new Durability parts have already been automatically added to your account with this update.

🚚 HOW WILL THIS UPDATE AFFECT YOUR GAME

▶ IMPACT ON YOUR FLEET
Wondering what happens to your current trucks?

🚚 Your truck upgrades are generally safe
• Trucks will keep most of their current Capacity and Durability levels
• Exceptions are a few tutorial trucks, which are having their base capacity lowered for balance reasons
• Exceptions are trucks with activated Engine Overhauls, as these upgrades will be removed

🚚 Engine Overhauls on all of the Trucks & any stored Engines will be removed
• Any active Engine Overhauls on your trucks & any unused Engines in your Warehouse will be removed
• You’ll automatically receive new Durability Upgrade Parts for all stored or active and installed Engines
• All trucks will lose the extra Capacity and Durability previously gained from active Engine Overhauls

We are aware of an issue where starting the Haul-o-ween event tutorial may cause players to get stuck in a tutorial loop.
