❗CURRENT ISSUES:

Following the release of game version 2.9.0, we have received an increased number of reports regarding unexpected game crashes.

The crashes appear to occur most frequently when switching between in-game regions, although some players may also experience them during other actions, such as selecting a job and assigning trucks.

The issue appears to affect devices with lower available memory (RAM) more frequently, particularly older devices. However, crashes may also occur on some newer devices.

Our team has identified a likely cause of the increased crashes and is already working on a solution for one of the upcoming game updates. The planned adjustment should improve game stability, particularly on devices with lower available memory.

In the meantime, if you are experiencing frequent crashes, we recommend:

Closing unnecessary apps running in the background before launching the game to free up additional memory (RAM).
If possible, avoiding frequent switching between multiple regions during the same game session.
Restarting the game if you notice its performance becoming less stable after playing for a longer period.

We understand how disruptive unexpected crashes can be and are working to address the issue as soon as possible.

Some players experienced an issue where certain Logbook tasks could not be completed, even after performing the required actions multiple times. The affected tasks varied from player to player, meaning the issue was not limited to one specific Logbook task.

The issue has been fixed, and Logbook tasks should now register progress and be possible to complete correctly.

If you are still experiencing the issue, please submit a ticket to our Support team with a description of the affected Logbook task and the problem you are experiencing. If possible, please also include a screenshot showing the issue to help us investigate your case.
