📣 Refunds via Support - FAQ

REFUNDS VIA SUPPORT ️

Truck Managers, this article covers basic FAQs and rules for adding or removing items in your game. Please note, that these rules may be updated over time.

I BOUGHT AN OFFER OR EVENT PASS WITH REAL MONEY AND NEED A REFUND

I BOUGHT A TRUCK CONTAINER/ TRUCK BOX IN THE SHOP OR FROM AN OFFER AND WANT IT RETURNED

  • Sadly, we’re unable to revert purchases of items with a drop rate mechanic once they are opened.
  • Be sure to always check the drop rates ahead of time before making a purchase or exchange.
  • The drop rates can be found in the ℹ️ icon in the upper right corner of the offer.

I TRADED TRUCK PARTS, TRUCK/ DEPOT UPGRADES & FUEL FOR BUCKS OR GEMS AND WANT IT REVERTED

  • If you exchanged items from the Daily Offers or Fuel for Bucks & Gems, do not use the exchanged resources
    • Keep them in the game and contact >HWH Support< within 48 hours so we can help
  • Used items can’t be returned or refunded & reversals aren’t standard and are only granted in exceptional cases

I ACCIDENTALLY TRADED ITEMS FOR EVENT COINS OR EVENT BUCKS AND WANT IT REVERTED

  • If you exchanged items from the Event Shop for Event Bucks or Coins, please do not use them
    • Keep the items and contact >HWH Support< within 48 hours so we can assist
  • Used items can’t be returned or refunded & reversals aren’t standard and are only granted in exceptional cases
  • Please note that if the exchange is reverted, you won’t be able to redo the same trade later on in the Event Shop

I ACCIDENTALLY USED GEMS TO SPEED UP THE ,JOB OR PRODUCTION AND I WANT THEM RETURNED

  • Unfortunately, used Gems to Jobs or Factories cannot be returned, even if spent by accident.
  • To prevent future accidents, turn on Gem Confirmation in the game settings. A pop-up will always warn you before you use Gems across your trades.
