Since ads are provided by third-party providers, only they can investigate, fix or remove broken ads.

Therefore, we need to know which ads aren’t working properly so we can inform them.

📺 CAN I DO SOMETHING TO HELP WITH ADS?

Sometimes troubleshooting steps (such as clearing RAM & cache, rebooting your device, reinstalling the app, or checking if your device memory is full) can help fix ad issues.

🔎 WHAT HAPPENS TO MISSED DOUBLED REWARDS FROM BROKEN ADS?

If an ad crashes or fails to give rewards, unfortunately, the rewards cannot be returned.

All Pixel Federation games are designed to be balanced without ads, and watching ads is only an optional way to boost progress. We guarantee only the base reward, which is always given, even if the ad fails or does not work.

Additionally, you can also submit a ticket directly from the game in the Talk with us section, or via our site >HERE<, and let us know as many details as possible- i.e., name of the ad, detailed description of what happened, date and time of the issue, screenshots and/or screen recordings.

Your report will be sent directly to our support team and the ad providers so they can investigate it further.
