Starting with the recent update 2.6.1, we will be discontinuing support for devices with 3 GB of RAM or lower and devices using older 32-bit architecture.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

If your current device meets either of these criteria, the game will no longer be supported and will not run on that device after the update is released.

WHY WAS THIS DECISION MADE?

Sadly, supporting older hardware has limited our ability to improve the game, introduce new features, and deliver the experience we want - these hardware limitations have also become a major cause of crashes and performance issues.

Because of that, we sincerely apologize to all players who will be affected by this change.
We understand that this may be disappointing and frustrating news.

HOW TO SAVE YOUR GAME PROGRESS?

If you plan to switch to a new device, please make sure your game account is properly linked via PixelID (more info on that can be found >HERE<), so you can log back in and pick up right where you left off on your new phone or tablet.
