Fear not, as we're here to explain and to navigate these waters with you!
๐ WHERE TO FIND COMPETITIONS
Competitions (always either 2โ3 days long) appear under the Trophy Icon on the right side of the screen whenever any Event is active.
๐ค HOW TO PARTICIPATE & GET REWARDS
Competitions unlock at level 12, and you can join as soon as the next round begins (the Trophy icon appears).
To be included in the bracket, you must log in or complete a task within ~36 hours of the start. If not, the Trophy icon does not appear for you in your game until the next Competition.
Rewards based on final ranking can be claimed once the Competition ends by tapping Collect in the bracket.
โ๏ธ WHY DIDNโT THE COMPETITION START FOR ME?
You most likely logged in after the 36-hour window, so you werenโt added to the bracket. Always log in on time to join the competitions- you can find the exact start times in the event articles.
๐ HOW ARE TIEBREAKS RESOLVED?
If two players have the same points or progress in the bracket, the player who reached that score first gets the higher rank.
๐ I THINK A PLAYER IS CHEATING - WHAT TO DO?
Please report it to Support directly by filling in a ticket, as we always investigate all such reports seriously and in-depth.
๐ COMPETITION ENDED AND I MISSED MY REWARD
If you forgot or could not claim the reward and a new Competition starts to load, your reward will be automatically delivered to your game later on.
Do not worry, you cannot miss this reward by accident, as it will automatically open upon your log-in and stay there until you claim it.
