This is usually caused by corrupted files from a recent update.

🛠 HOW TO FIX IT

Refreshing your game files usually resolves the issue:

🤖 Android (Reinstall):

⚠ Make sure your game is linked to Google Play in the settings first so you don't lose your account.

1. Uninstall Port City.

2. Restart your device.

3. Reinstall from Google Play and check if your progress saves.

🍎 iOS (Offload):

💡 Offloading deletes corrupted files without deleting your saved account data.

1. Go to Settings ➔ iPhone Storage ➔ find Port City.

2. Tap Offload App and confirm.

3. Tap Reinstall App and launch the game.
