Game Not Loading? Quick Troubleshooting
If your game is stuck on the loading screen, crashing on startup, or failing to connect, don’t worry! We are currently not experiencing any server outages, and the game is running normally.
Most loading issues are related to temporary device or connection hiccups. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to get back into the game:
Update the game: Ensure you have the latest version installed from your app store.
Close background apps: Free up device memory (RAM) by closing other apps.
Free up storage: Make sure your device has enough free space to download and load game assets.
Check your connection: Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or restart your router. (Disable any active VPNs).
Reinstall the game: A fresh install can resolve data errors.
(⚠Note: Make sure your account is linked to your Pixel ID, or that you've saved your Player ID, before uninstalling!)
