Loading issue

Right now, we’re not seeing any technical issues on our end, and the game is running smoothly for other players.

Here are a few things you can try:

• Make sure the app is updated to the latest version (check your app store).
• Close any other apps running in the background.
• If your storage is almost full, try deleting some files or apps you don’t need.
• Check your internet connection—try switching between WiFi and mobile data, or restart your router.

Sometimes, uninstalling and then reinstalling the app can help fix problems. (Please remember your player ID. You can check it in the game's Settings menu.)

If you’re still having trouble loading the game or if it keeps crashing after trying these steps, please let us know your device details. Our tech team will be happy to look into it further.
