HOW THE ADS WORK?

Ads are provided by third-party providers. Although we do use them in our games, our reach for troubleshooting is limited. For this reason, we forward any and all ad reports to the ad providers for their investigation and implementation of corrections. For this reason, it is very important to provide as many details about the ad issues as possible.

Also, it's not always possible to view ads due to limitations set by the ad provider, which are beyond our control. As the ads feature is managed by a third-party provider, we have no influence over the availability of ads in your location. When the double reward button is greyed out, it usually means that there are currently no video ads available in your area.


📺 CAN I DO SOMETHING TO HELP WITH ADS?

There are several steps you can try that can help:

  • Please make sure you are using the latest version of the app. Check in the app store whether a new update has been released.
  • Please try reloading the game app a few times. Each reload refreshes the ad batch provided to your game, so reloading the game might help load in an ad batch with working ads (this may also help in case of no available ads).
  • In case you are playing on an Android device, please clear the cache and data on the app. Go to Settings > Apps > TrainStation 3 > Storage > Clear Cache
  • Please switch between using wifi and mobile data. Please restart your router.
  • Please note that older or low‑spec devices (less RAM, slower processors) are more likely to struggle with heavy ads, causing freezes, crashes, or missing audio. We recommend using devices with at least 4 GB of RAM (or more) for the best performance.

🔎 WHAT HAPPENS TO MISSED DOUBLED REWARDS FROM BROKEN ADS?

If an ad crashes or fails to give rewards, unfortunately, the rewards cannot be returned.

All Pixel Federation games are designed to be balanced without ads, and watching ads is only an optional way to boost progress. We guarantee only the base reward, which is always given, even if the ad fails or does not work.


➡️ HOW TO REPORT ADS Usually, the ad can be reported directly in the game by following these steps:

  1. When the ad appears, look for the small “ⓘ”, “Report”, “Ad Choices” icon, three dots icon, or another ad-related icon usually located in one of the ad’s corners.
  2. Click on that icon.
  3. Select the reason for your report (for example: misleading content, inappropriate material, etc.).
  4. Submit your report — it will be sent directly to the ad provider for review.

In case you´re not able to locate the icon in-game and report the ad directly, please fill out the form below. Your report will be sent directly to our support team, and we´ll forward it to the ad providers so they can investigate it and implement a correction at the earliest possibility. Last but not least, as already mentioned, the ads are operated by third-party providers, therefore, we´re not able to guarantee their optimal performance, nor are unable to speed up the resolution process.
