A new building has arrived in Seaport and here is the description.

The Floating Warehouse will help you greatly expand your storage space for all the materials you need. Starting at Town Hall level 108 (player level 856), you'll be able to upgrade your Floating Warehouse every 5 Town Hall levels. This warehouse will help you better manage materials and complete tasks more easily. At the time of publication, the maximum level of this building is 10. To purchase upgrades, you will need the current slot material, iron, and wood or coins.

The building is located in the upper left corner of the harbour.
