In this article, we would like to share some common troubleshooting tips for account issue cases.

Under account issue cases, we understand:

  • not being able to access your original game account
  • having issues with using your login details
  • requesting a change of login details on your game account
  • requesting a long-lost account (3+ months of inactivity) restored

1.) Not being able to access your original game account

In this case, please consider the following options:

  • if you are experiencing a technical difficulty regarding accessing your game account, please check out this article.
  • if your issue is regarding a login option that is not available anymore (an expired email login or Facebook login that you no longer have access to), please contact our Support and share with us more details about your query, including the Player ID of your game account (it can be found in the game's Settings menu) if available.

2.) Having issues with using your login details

These issues consider of the following:

  • You have accidentally logged out of your game account:
    • In such cases, please consider logging back in using either the email or Facebook login options
  • You do not remember your login details:
    • Please try using either the email or Facebook option to log in to your game account. In case the login does not take you to your original game account, please log out and try logging in using a different login method.
  • You have accessed a different game account (example: your original game account is at level 1000, however, you are accessing a game account with level 1):
    • Please log out manually from the game account you are currently accessing (via the game's Settings menu) and log back in using your login details.

3.) Requesting a change of login details on your game account

Please note that changing login details on game accounts outside of the issues described above is not supported anymore. Due to the limited availability of our support system, we would like to kindly ask for your understanding of this decision.

Requests to change login details that are not based on the issues described above, unfortunately, won't be processed.

4.) Requesting a long-lost account (3+ months of inactivity) restored

Although we understand the frustration, it is often not possible for us to find such game accounts. We can, however, suggest some useful tips that might help you recover such game accounts:

  • Try different login options - email login, Facebook login, or Google login (works on our Portal page http://portal.pixelfederation.com)
  • Try different combinations of login options. You may have multiple email addresses, which can be tried as login options.
  • Try playing the game from the beginning. We understand that this might not always be the best option, however, if you join any of the fan groups, many helpful players will assist you with jumping through the levels at a fast rate.
