We do have an option to reset your account so you can start over from the beginning, but just a heads up—this will erase all your materials, gems, and progress.

🔎 WHAT IS ACCOUNT RESET

This action will permanently delete all of your progress, including all your materials, gems, achievements, and any purchased content.

Once the reset is complete, your game will be fully deleted, and you will start over from level 1.

➡️ WHAT TO DO TO RESET THE ACCOUNT BACK TO LEVEL 1

As TS3 player can't currently quickly reset their account, please submit a ticket (by filling form below), and our support team will reset your account back to level 1.

For us to proceed, we will need a screenshot of your Player ID and confirmation, that you agree with the reset.
