Each offer clearly shows how many Gems you can earn and what action is required. Once you complete the task, Gems will be added to your account.
Where to Find the Free Gem offers (For Players Who Have Access)
You can access the Free Gem offers directly in the Shop:
Open the Shop.
Go to the Gems tab.
Tap the Get Free Gems button.
You will then be redirected to the Free gems offers.
Didn’t Receive Your Rewards?
If you completed an offer/survey but didn’t receive your Gems, or if something didn’t work correctly, please contact Tapjoy Support directly.
Tapjoy is responsible for:
- Checking why the reward wasn’t credited
- Informing you if additional steps are needed
- Resolving any issues related to the offer
- Adding the missing reward once verified
