๐ WHAT IS ACCOUNT RESET
This action will permanently delete all of your progress, including all ships, buildings, items, currencies, achievements, and any purchased content.
Once the reset is complete, your game will be fully deleted, and you will start over from level 1 in the waters of San Francisco.
This is a permanent procedure and cannot be undone.โก๏ธ WHAT TO DO TO RESET THE ACCOUNT BACK TO LEVEL 1
As Port Managers can't currently quickly reset their account, please submit a ticket (by filling form below), and our support team will reset your account back to level 1.
For us to proceed, we will need a screenshot of your Player ID and confirmation, that you agree with the reset.
