🐛 Known Issue - Issues Loading into the Game

🛠 KNOWN ISSUES:

We’re aware that some players may be experiencing issues with loading into their games.

The issue appeared on 30th May 2026 and affected players cannot access their games.
Instead, they are stuck in the loading screen with missing localization codes (such as GUI173, GUI268, or GUI269).

🔍THE FIX

Our team is working on fully resolving it and reviewing the data, so that affected players can receive compensations (once the issue is fully resolved).
