Fear not, as we're here to explain and to navigate these waters with you!

❔ CAN I TRANSFER ACCOUNTS MYSELF?

Mostly yes, as you can connect Android to Android and iOS to iOS devices on your own. You can find the Android guide on how to transfer progress the forum >HERE< and the iOS guide >HERE<.

However, if you want to connect Android to iOS (or vice versa), or if you're having trouble transferring your progress (but you know both Player IDs), our Support Team can help to connect everything correctly!

➡️ WHAT TO SHARE WITH SUPPORT TO GET HELP WITH TRANSFER

For us to help and transfer your game, we will need:

Screenshots of both Player IDs, or correctly written Player ID numbers
Information about which of the two games is the one you want to keep on both devices

Once we have these two details and you fill them in support ticket form below, we’ll proceed with the transfer.

Of course, if anything is unclear or important information is missing, we’ll ask you for additional confirmation directly in the ticket.
