To help you find your original game, could you please answer a few questions for me?

• Please send us the Player ID of the game you can currently access. Player ID can be found in the game's Settings menu
• Do you remember your original game's Player ID?
• What level were you on in your old game, and do you remember the name of the location you were in?
• When was the last time you played your original game?
• Did you ever make any purchases in the game? If so, could you send me a copy of the original receipt you got by email?
• What device were you using before? Please let me know the brand and model.

Also, please start a new game if you haven’t already, make a little progress, and send me your current player ID. The Player ID can be found in the game's Settings menu.
