- Please send us the Player ID of the game you can currently access. Player ID can be found in the game's Settings menu
- Do you remember your original game's Player ID?
- What level were you on in your old game, and do you remember the name of the location you were in?
- When was the last time you played your original game?
- Did you ever make any purchases in the game? If so, could you send me a copy of the original receipt you got by email?
- What device were you using before? Please let me know the brand and model.
