Initial Troubleshoot - Clear Cache
These are the steps players can follow as initial troubleshoot in cases of in-game issues:
Please make sure you are using the latest version of the app whether a new update has not been released.
In case you are playing on an Android device, please clear the cache and data on the app. Go to Settings > Apps > TrainStation 2 > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data options. Please do so only in a place with strong internet connection.
In case you are playing on an iOS device, please offload the app. Go to Settings > General > Storage > TrainStation 2 > Offload app. Please do so only in a place with strong internet connection.
If the above didn't work, please reinstall the app.
Alternatively, when playing the game on PC:
Please try reloading the game window.
Please check whether you have the latest version of your browser installed. For example, here's how to update Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
Please clear the cache on your browser. How to clear cache on Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
We hope these steps help, although should the issue persist even after completing these, please also try allowing hardware acceleration on your browser, as this often helps. To allow hardware acceleration on your browser, go to Settings > System or Advanced options and find the option "Allow graphics/hardware acceleration where available"
In case the above does not help though, please try opening the game in a different browser. We recommend using Mozilla Firefox as the game is most stable there.
