Lost progress or transferring old account to a new device
If you have lost your progress or have a new device to which you would like to transfer your old progress, you can easily do so by logging in with your PIXEL ID. Just click on the cogwheel in the upper right corner, go to the "Account" section, then click on "CONNECT" and enter your email address. You will receive a verification code by email, which you should enter in the field, then click on continue and your old progress will be transferred to your device.
