Missing Dispatcher

When you notice a discrepancy in your dispatcher count after purchasing a dispatcher, do not worry, the dispatchers are always correctly credited to your game account.

However, the confusion usually stems from a different Temporary Dispatcher expiring around the time of the purchase of a new Temporary Dispatcher - the result is that the Dispatcher count remains the same (one dispatcher expires and a new one is added right after).

Also, when purchasing a Temporary Dispatcher, keep an eye out on the dispatcher timers. In case you are purchasing a dispatcher that is already in your Station, the dispatcher count will not increase but the Temporary Dispatcher's expiration date will prolong.

Lastly, if you have a newly registered Pixel ID, you automatically obtain special Temporary Dispatcher Maya for 7 days. Keep this in mind if you notice a decrease in your Dispatcher count and it has been 7 days since you created a Pixel ID account.
