With the recent release of the new Task List, many of you have reached out to us with questions regarding this exciting new feature. We love hearing your feedback and are always here to help, so weโ€™ve put together this FAQ to answer some of your most burning questions and keep your trains running smoothly!

โ“I am out of Cargo/Passenger jobs, but my task list requires me to complete more. What should I do?
Answer: If you find yourself out of standard jobs, don't worry! You can easily resolve this by joining the current active event. Simply progress within the event until more jobs are unlocked for you. Alternatively, you can wait for the next event to begin to receive a fresh batch of jobs.

โ“Why didn't my XP carry over to the next Era?
Answer: With our latest update, company tasks are now specifically structured to guide you smoothly through the entire Era. Because completing all tasks will provide enough XP to reach the next Era, the carry-over XP mechanic from previous Eras has been removed.
However, please rest assured! Any additional progress you've made towards your Era goals hasn't gone to waste. That extra effort will make certain future company tasks easier to complete, giving you a great advantage moving forward.

โ“I am trying to establish Regular Lines or Hand points at an empty space, but nothing happens. How do I fix this?
Answer: If you are tapping an empty space that the helping hand is pointing at and nothing is happening, it means you have a little more work to do first! To resolve this, you need to complete all of the Cargo and Heavy Haul jobs within your current Era. Once those are finished, the game will allow you to establish a regular transport building so you can start building your regular lines.
