Sandhaven issue - no jobs available, game crashes - all issues fixed
We’re aware of an issue currently affecting the event, where some players are unable to play because jobs are not appearing. This may affect both event jobs and main story jobs, including passenger jobs.
Our team is actively working on a fix as quickly as possible.

Issue no.1: Train Maintenance Fixed but not acknowledged
Train repairs do not apply on trains that are on a journey and the game has to be restarted to fix this. Furthermore, this occasionally happens under other circumstances as well. The problem is being investigated.

Issue no.2: Multiple trains bottlenecked on one rail
Multiple trains are becoming stuck at a bottleneck on a single rail line, preventing them from passing normally and causing a traffic jam in that section. This disrupts train movement and delays operations on the route.

Issue no.3: Arriving train icon malfunctioning
The station’s arriving-trains indicator is showing as active even though no trains are scheduled or expected to arrive at the station.

GAMEPLAY ISSUES
Cargo – Material shows as 0 even though it is in the warehouse
Some players may see 0 available material when trying to load cargo for an job, even though they have enough material in the warehouse.
This is not a bug. It usually means you do not have enough available freight cars to send that cargo.
What to do:
buy more freight cars, or
wait for the freight cars that are currently in use to return
Not able to complete the task - Establish a regular line - not a bug
Players who cannot complete the Company Task "Establish a Regular Line for Coal,..." because the Regular Line building is missing must first finish all cargo jobs for the era. Once those jobs are completed, the task will become available.
Task - Produce products in the Sawmill
To complete this task, you must collect the produced goods from the Sawmill/Factory.
Task - Sawmill Constructions
If you can’t build the sawmill and only see a hand tapping the ground where it should appear (this occurs in the 1930 era), please contact our support team directly. You can contact our support team directly from within the game—this option is available in the game settings.
Doubled Rewards Animation Temporarily Shows Incorrect Material Totals
After collecting doubled rewards, materials are added instantly, but the reward animation may briefly display misleading changes before returning to the correct amount. We're aware of this issue, and our team is actively working on a fix. Rest assured, it's just a display problem where the number of items is shown incorrectly. Our tech team has confirmed that players aren't losing their rewards; it's just the wrong number being displayed.
