We know how frustrating it can be when the game won't load or keeps cutting out. To help get your journey back on track without any more interruptions, here are a few steps that should help smooth things out:

  • Close background apps: Make sure you aren't running other apps at the same time to free up your device's resources.
  • Check your storage: If your device is nearly full, try clearing out some old data or unused files to give the game more room to breathe.
  • Refresh your connection: Double-check your internet signal. Sometimes switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data—or even just restarting your router—can make a big difference.
  • Restart your device: A quick reboot often clears up minor technical glitches.
  • For iPhone/iPad users: Since Apple doesn’t allow you to clear the cache for specific apps, a device restart is your best bet. If you’re still having trouble, you can try reinstalling the app—just please make sure your account is linked to your Pixel ID first so your progress stays safe!
  • Adjust your graphics: Try lowering the in-game graphics settings. You can find this under Settings > Advanced > Graphics and set it to LOW. This is one of the best ways to improve stability.
  • A note on hardware: Some devices with 4 GB of RAM or less may experience loading issues that are difficult to optimize. For the smoothest experience, we recommend playing on a device with higher hardware specifications.
