Where to find it
Competitions can be accessed through the Trophy icon located on the right corner of the screen (if a competition is active). If this icon is available, don't hesitate to join for a chance to win valuable rewards!
How to progress in the competition
The requirements are stated in each competition. For example, you have to collect materials listed in the competition description or you need to complete Jobs to gather reward points, that count toward your position.
How and where to claim your reward
When the competition ends, you can collect your rewards directly in the competition tab, by tapping on the "Claim" button in the pop-up window.
If you forget to collect your reward and the competition is already over, your reward will be delivered to you in the form of a pop-up message as soon as our system is done processing the end of the competition.
Two players with the same score but different rewards
Please note that the final ranking depends on the amount of progress and time. If there are 2 players with the same amount of progress, the one who had reached the progress first gets the higher position.
When to enter the competition
You can join the competition as soon as it starts. The state of the competition can be seen under the competition icon.
โTo participate in competitions, you need to complete a competition-related task within 36 hours from the start of the competition.โ
Should you not complete a competition-related task within this time, the competition icon will no longer be displayed until the next competition starts.
Types of competitions
- Event competition
This competition is available during Main, Midi and Mini Events. To participate in the competition, complete Event-related jobs to gather Event Currency. Collecting Event Currency during an Event competition determines players' position.
- Non-Event competition
There are several types of Non-event competitions, that are available in-between Events (Train Tycoon, Delivery Challenge). Please read the competition description carefully to see what tasks need to be completed for each competition.
- Train Tycoon - Players have to complete tasks listed in the competition description to collect Stars. Based on the difficulty of the task, players are rewarded with 1-3 Stars and the amount of Stars they can collect determines their position and reward.
- Delivery Challenge - Players have to complete special competition Jobs in their currently available Regions to collect Stamps. Please have a look at your Jobs List to see these Jobs given by Abigail. The amount of Stamps players can collect determines their position and reward.
- UNION competition - These are goods delivery competitions held in all four seasons of the UNION feature. For more information please see Unions Phase 2: Competition!
